About the job

• Lead the Data Analytics Function: Head the internal reporting team to design and deliver intuitive dashboards that drive daily business behaviors and long-term strategic trends
• Strategic Architecture & Delivery: Define enterprise-level logical data models and semantic layers, ensuring all reporting assets are reusable, well-documented, and scalable.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Data Engineering and Solution Architects to align data-pipeline reliability and automated refresh SLAs.
• Oversee a diverse team of internal contributors and external vendor resources, managing workload prioritization based on high-level business value.
• Utilize analytics to support organizational change methodologies and operational excellence initiatives like NPS and performance KPIs.

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 8 years of experience in BI / building complex reports and interpreting large datasets into actionable visual insights. Exposure to powerbi will be of added advantage.

Regional / global exposure will be of added advantage.
